LEWISTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara University announced men's basketball has paused all team activities due to COVID-19.
Officials say the pause is due to a positive COVID-19 test among the program's Tier 1 personnel.
Niagara's game scheduled at Iona on February 10 has been postponed.
"Niagara University is committed to the health and safety of the campus community during the pandemic and Niagara Athletics continues to follow all local, state, MAAC and NCAA guidelines," a release says.
