LEWISTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara Purple Eagles bolstered their roster for 2019-2020 through Team IMPACT on Saturday.
Seven-year-old Jack Marchetta, a native of Williamsville, was diagnosed with an immune system disorder at birth.
"I've never done anything like this before that's so special," Marchetta said. "It's great that my family can come see it and that the whole team can. Being part of this team is very special to me."
"His competitiveness and his attitude really bring a lot to the team," head coach Jason Lammers said. "His youthful exuberance and great smile are going to add a lot of energy to our group."
