Kenmore native Anita Alvarez was back atop the podium this weekend, capturing Gold for Team USA at the China Open synchronized swimming competition.
Alvarez posted a winning score of 76.927 in the solo event.
On Saturday, she and fellow teammate Victoria Woroniecki earned Silver in the duet.
