Junior golfers swing through Drive, Chip & Putt local qualifier in Hamburg

23 advance to Sub-Regional round

The Drive, Chip, and Putt national finals are held every year in Augusta, GA but to get there, kids need to first qualify.

On Thursday, Brierwood CC in Hamburg, N.Y. was home to the second of four local qualifiers held in the Buffalo, Rochester and Erie, Pennsylvania areas. The top three boys and girls in each age group move on the Sub-Regionals.


Brierwood CC Local Qualifiers:

7-9 year-old girls:

7-9 year-old boys:

12-13 year-old girls:

  • Vanessa Borovilos - Toronto, ON
  • Kaitlyn Ellis - Oakville, ON
  • Alexa Ouellet - Toronto, ON

12-13 year-old boys:

  • Jaiden Brown - Newcastle, ON
  • Hudson Mielko - Grimsby, ON

14-15 year-old girls:
