St. Joe's tops Canisius & Nichols

St. Joe's Gavin Collura tossed six innings and only allowed three hits as the Marauders rallied to beat rival Canisius 3-2 on Monday.

Collura, a senior, also struck out nine in the victory for Joe's which improved to 9-7 on the season.

On the turf, the Marauders also picked up a 9-7 win over Monsignor Martin for Nichols.  Senior Blake Zachau powered the Maroon and White with three goals and two assists.  CJ Gross tallied a goal and picked up four ground balls in the win.
