Williamsville East topped Williamsville South 77-67. The Flames took an 11-point lead into the locker room and never looked back.
Down the road, Lancaster topped Orchard Park 65-54. The Legends closed the first half on a 22-0 run.
Canisius defended their home floor against St. Joes 61-57. Dewayne Vass had 13 points for the Crusaders.
