AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Crusaders and the Tigers came out on top on a chilly evening at UB Stadium. In class A and class B, respectively, Canisius and Bishop Timon won Monsignor Martin titles on Saturday.

Bishop Timon and St. Mary's were in a shootout; the two teams combined for 54 points at halftime. Two point conversions ultimately made the difference for Timon as they knocked off the Lancers 36-32.

In Class A, St. Francis came into the game with only one loss on the season, but their offense couldn't get into a rhythm. Canisius led 20-7 at halftime and only needed one more score to win; they fought off a Red Raider comeback to win 27-21.

Canisius plays this year's NYCHSFL champion, Cardinal Hayes, at Strasnky Athletic Complex on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
