Tied at six at the end of the first half, Canisius outscored Nichols 9-1 in the second half to advance to the Monsignor Martin Association Championship with a 14-7 win in the semifinals on Tuesday.
Joe Cooley and Reid Martin each had four goals for the Crusaders. They will play St. Joe's, which defeated Timon 9-3. The Marauders' Kellen Pulera had two goals in the win.

In the Lacrosse Class B quarterfinals, Hamburg kept it's perfect record in tact, improving to 17-0 with an 18-2 win over Williamsville East. Evan Hollfelder had three goals and four assists for the Bulldogs.
