FC Buffalo places two on NPSL All-East Conference Team

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — FC Buffalo players Kieran Toland and Nevado Elliott have been named to the National Premier Soccer League's Midwest Region Eastern Conference Best XI.

Toland, a former St. Bonaventure player, has five goals and one assist this season. His eight career goals with FC Buffalo ties him for fifth in club history. Elliott, meanwhile, has two goals and a team-high four assists this season.

FC Buffalo wraps up the season on Saturday, July 13th when they travel to Cleveland SC.
The players are now eligible for All-Region honors. All league honors are a combination of team, media, and fan voting.

Toland (St. Bonaventure University / Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland) scored five times with an assist in eight matches for the Blitzers; The goals give him eight in 18 appearances for his career with FCB, tied for fifth in club history.

Target forward Elliott (Alderson Broaddus University / Bellevue, Jamaica) has registered a team-high four assists to go with two goals through eight games after missing the team’s trip to Germany and league opener in Rochester. He is a rising junior at ABU next season.

Only conference-winning Cleveland SC placed more players on the team than FCB, who finishes its season Saturday against the leaders in Ohio at 4 p.m.
