AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — After dropping six straight games, the UB women's basketball team is back on a win streak following a 88-72 win over Miami (OH) on Wednesday night. With the win, the Bull improved to 15-11 overall and 6-9 in the Mid-American Conference.
Dyaisha Fair, one of the top scorers in the nation, had another big night for the Bulls with 30 points and five steals. Theresa Onwuka wasn't far behind, scoring 22 points and adding 11 rebounds. Marissa Hamilton finished with 11 points.
UB was solid on both sides of the glass tonight, out-rebounding the Redhawks 42-26.
The Bulls will be back on the court Saturday when they visit Ohio.
