BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The season has come to an end for the Daemen women's soccer team following their 4-0 loss to Saint Rose in their first game of the NCAA DII Tournament. With the loss, the Wildcats end their season with an 11-4-3 record.

The Wildcats were making their first ever appearance in the NCAA DII Tournament. They fell behind early, trailing 3-0 at the half, and were never able to connect before the final horn blew.
A total of five seniors saw their season come to an end including Jamie Boyar of Williamsville. She finishes her Daemen career setting a program record for career goals and finishes second in program history for points.
