BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — The UB football team has picked up their third win of the season, topping Bowling Green #-# Tuesday night to improve to 3-0 on the season.

Running back Jaret Patterson had another night to remember. The junior rushed for a game-high 301 yards on 31 carries and scored four touchdowns. His performance moved him into second in school history for career rushing yards.

The run game was the primary focus of UB's offense as QB Kyle Vantrease only had 12 passing attempts on the night, connecting on seven of them for 74 yards. All of UB's six touchdowns came on the ground with four from Patterson, one from Kyle Marks, and the other from Vantrease.

UB, which received a vote in the latest AP Poll, has three regular season games left. Next up for the Bulls is a meeting with Kent State on Saturday, November 28th. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m.
