BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Former UB guard Dontay Caruthers is getting a chance to show what he can do.

Caruthers has been invited to take part in the Pro Basketball Combine, a secondary draft combine designed to give players an opportunity to showcase their talents in hopes of being selected to play professionally.

During his senior season with the Bulls, Caruthers averaged more than eight points a game and was named the Mid-American Conference Defensive Player of the Year.

Caruthers is the second former Bull to be invited to the event, joining Jeremy Harris.
