Canisius shot a blistering 52 percent from the floor and overcame 21 turnovers to secure a 91-81 win over St. Francis (Brooklyn) on Saturday.

The victory is the first at home for new Head Coach Reggie Witherspoon, as the Golden Griffs improve to 5-5 on the season.

Kassius Robertson scored 27-points while freshman Isaiah Reese added 17.

Three of Reese's 17 came at the buzzer at the end of the first half.  He chucked up a three that went off the back of the hoop and bounced in to give Canisius a 46-39 lead at the break.

Jermaine Crumpton chipped in with 12 and Phil Valenti tallied 10 to round out Griffs who scored in double figures.
