Bonnies down Saint Joseph's 89-73 in home finale

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Saint Bonaventure men's basketball team is back in the win column. The Bonnies topped Saint Joseph's 89-73 win on Wednesday night in their home finale, moving them to 11-6 in A-10 play.

The Bonnies are currently in a three-way tie for 4th place in the A-10 with one regular season game remaining. The top four teams in the conference will earn a double-bye in the A10 tournament in Brooklyn.

Cheektowaga native Dom Welch and Justin Winston each finished with 20 points in the win. Jaren English added a double-double on the night with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

The Bonnies will wrap up their regular season schedule on Saturday when they visit Saint Louis. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m.
