BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Less than 24 hours after releasing their 53-man roster, the Buffalo Bills have made their first change.

The Bills have placed tight end Jason Croom on injured reserve and in a corresponding move, have re-signed safety Kurt Coleman.

Croom has been sidelined with a hamstring injury he suffered during the Spring. He saw some action during Training Camp before re-injuring the same hamstring. He was able to play n the team’s final preseason game where he made one catch for 26 yards.

Coleman was initially signed by the Bills before training camp opened in late July. He's expected to provide depth at the safety position behind starters Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde.
