BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The first player has signed with the Buffalo Beauts for the 2019-2020 season and it's a familiar face. Corrine Buie, a two-time All-Star, will continue her career with the Beauts and play another season in the NWHL.

“Buffalo has become like a second home to me, and I am very excited to continue my career as a Beaut,” said Buie in a press release.

Buie joined the Beauts before the 2017 season after spending time with the Boston Pride. She scored the game-winning goal in the 2017 Isobel Cup Championship to help the Beauts win the title.

The Minnesota native has 29 points in 50 games with the Buffalo Beauts over a span of three seasons. She played college hockey at Providence.
