Week 17 Cheat Sheet: What gets the Buffalo Bills into the 2017 Playoffs

What gets the Bills in the 2017 playoffs:

• A  win over Miami, AND:
  • A  loss to Cincinnati
  • OR, a  loss/tie to Jacksonville AND a ​​​​​​​ loss/tie to Oakland.
• A ​​​​​​​ tie with Miami, AND:
  • A  loss to Jacksonville AND a ​​​​​​​ loss to Oakland.

There is no scenario where the Bills can get into the playoffs with a loss to Miami and an 8-8 record.

There is no scenario where the Bills can get in at 9-7 without help from at least one team.

Here are all the different scenarios:

• If , , , and are all 9-7, the Bills get IN.

• If , , and  are all 9-7, the Bills get IN.

• If , , and  are all 9-7, the Bills get IN.

• If  and  are the only ones tied at 9-7, the Bills get IN.

• If , , and  are all 9-7, the Bills are OUT.
