If there are two things Sean McDermott are well versed in its football and wrestling.
Baseball isn't his forte, but the new Bills head coach was all laughs after tossing the ceremonial first pitch Friday night ahead of the Bisons showdown against the Pawtucket Red Sox.

"A little high, the velocity was decent," McDermott joked after. "Very little (baseball background). I played in the European League for a while and then just out here.
"I might be ready in a couple years if I keep training."
