Amid the talk about the future for head-coach Rex Ryan, the Bills are still, mathematically at least, in the playoff hunt.
According to FiveThirtyEight, the Bills have a 2% chance of making the playoffs, while the New York Times say it's about 1%.
So, what's the path to a Bills playoff appearance? Well, it starts with winning out, which would put the Bills at 9-7. According to the New York Times playoff simulator, that would give the Bills a 5% shot of making the playoffs.
So what scenario gets them in? Here's the one we found with the fewest number of requirements, assuming Buffalo wins out:
Week 15:
Jaguars beat the Texans
Patriots beat the Broncos
Week 16:
Jaguars beat the Titans
Week 17:
Jaguars beat the Colts
Patriots beat the Dolphins
Raiders beat the Broncos
Want one that relies less on the 2-11 Jaguars? We've got that too.
Week 15:
Eagles beat the Ravens
Patriots beat the Broncos
Week 16:
Raiders beat the Colts
Bengals beat the Texans
Week 17:
Bengals beat the Ravens
Patriots beat the Dolphins
Titans beat the Texans
Raiders beat the Broncos
