According to reports LeSean McCoy is not expected to face any charges for his alleged involvement in a violent bar fight during the early morning hours of February 7.

Multiple published reports, including the Philadelphia Daily News, say a person close to McCoy expects the running back to sidestep any charges in the case, but one of the other three men allegedly involved in the incident will be charged.

That brawl inside a Philly nightclub sent two off-duty police officers to the hospital.

A spokesperson for the Philadelphia District Attorney tells 7 Eyewitness News those reports are “utterly wrong” and the investigation is still ongoing.

Bills General Manager Doug Whaley would not comment on the McCoy situation when he met with reporters at the NFL combine on Thursday.
