Rob Ryan will be joining his twin brother Rex Ryan and the Bills defensive staff as an assistant head coach, the team announced on Sunday.
Rob spent the better part of a week in Orchard Park after being fired from the Saints, following a 47-14 loss to Washington in November.
The Saints finished second to last in total defense this season.
After being hired in January, Rex declared the Bills would be the number one ranked defense after finishing 4th in the league in 2014.
However, Buffalo's defense vastly underachieved ranking 19th overall. The Bills also set a new franchise low with just 21 sacks, compared to their league leading 54 a season ago.
