The Bills fired the highest paid offensive coordinator in the NFL on Friday, and did it after taking the team picture, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Bills offense, which has struggled the gain traction through the first two weeks, ranked 29th in the league following their 37-31 loss to the Jets on Thursday night football.
Led by Tyrod Taylor, who was supposed to take the next step as the starter, Buffalo has been anemic on third down only converting six of their 23 chances.
During Thursday's loss the Bills finally advanced inside the redzone with 1:30 remaining in the fourth quarter.
