The injury bug continues to hit the Buffalo Bills as the team lost another key player in their 37-5 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

The Bills, already without rookie quarterback Josh Allen, lost running back LeSean McCoy early in the first quarter after he took a hard hit as he was going out of bounds. He left the field and headed to the locker room and was evaluated for a head injury.

With Allen sidelined because of an elbow injury, the Bills turned to quarterback Derek Anderson who has only been with the team for a little less than two weeks. He finished 20-of-31 for 175 yards with three interceptions and a lost fumble.

Chris Ivory took the majority of the workload after McCoy's departure. He finished with 16 carries for 81 yards. Wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin had his best game of the season with four catches for 71 yards.

While the Bills defense struggled to keep the Colts out of the endzone, the Bills offense committed four turnovers on the day which led to 25 of the Colts' 37 points.

The Bills have a few extra days to prepare for their next game as they host the New England Patriots in a Monday night matchup on October 29th. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. at New Era Field and can be seen on 7ABC.
