Former Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn didn't end up getting the permanent job as head coach with the Bills, but he'll still be a head coach in 2017 and beyond.
According to multiple reports, Lynn will become the new head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers. Lynn gets the job after his meteoric rise in Buffalo from running backs coach, to offensive coordinator in Week Three, and then was promoted to interim head coach for Week 17.
Lynn was one of four candidates for the Bills' head coaching job, the one that ultimately went to Carolina defensive coordinator Sean McDermott. The Bills former offensive coordinator was considered the only other real contender to win the Bills job.
