In an effort to improve their image, the Buffalo Bills have turned toa former ESPN talent coach, reports ESPN's Mike Rodak.
Gerry Matalon, who worked for the World Wide Leader for 27 years, is the Executive Vice President of Developing Talent and Performance Coaching at Playbook Inc.

The organization was criticized both locally and nationally for sending then interim head coach Anthony Lynn to answer questions regarding the firing of Rex Ryan and the benching of quarterback Tyrod Taylor.
General Manager Doug Whaley also took some heat for his bizarre end of season press conference, where he claimed to not be privy to the hiring or firing of Ryan.
Whaley will not be present at the team's pre-draft luncheon, an event where he typically addresses the media.
