The Buffalo Bills have identified a fourth candidate for the position of general manager with their organization. The Bills announced Monday that they interview Brian Gutekunst for the GM job.

Gutekunst, 43, has served as the director of player personnel for the Green Bay Packers for one season. He's been with the Packers organization since 1999, working his way up from being an area scout when he first started with the team.

At the beginning of the offseason, Gutekunst met with the San Francisco 49ers about their GM vacancy, before the organization ultimately went with John Lynch to fill the position. Gutekunst joins Carolina assistant GM Brandon Beane, Houston director of player personnel Brain Gaine, and Philadelphia director of college scouting Trey Brown as the four candidates the Bills have interviewed thus far.
