In the 2015 season the Buffalo Bills relied heavily on their run game, which in turn, meant they needed their offensive line to pave the way to their success in that area. What they probably didn't expect was sharp criticism of that line after a productive season.
Near the end of the year, former Bills general manager Bill Polian told The Buffalo News that he felt the offensive line was "aging and unathletic" -- a comment that one member of the team didn't particularly take a liking to.
Starting left guard Richie Incognito, who signed a new contract with the Bills this offseason, has turned the criticism into some motivation a litlle over a week before the start of training camp. Training in California, Incognito posted the following video with a simple title:

This isn't the first time Incognito has referenced the 'aging and unathletic" line on social media. On Wednesday, he linked to an article referencing a game in which the Bills rushed for 236 yards during a win over the Dallas Cowboys. That performance came just days after Polian's words were published.
Incognito and the Bills will report to training camp on Friday, July 29.
