Bills fall to Patriots 24-12 ahead of season finale

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Josh Allen threw two interceptions while the defense had a hard time stopping the run as the Buffalo Bills fell to the New England Patriots 24-12 on Sunday afternoon. With the loss the Bills fall to 5-10.

Allen finished 20-for-41 for 217 yards and a touchdown. He also finished with five carries for 30 yards. Allen's biggest target on the day was Zay Jones who made five catches for 67 yards and had the team's only touchdown. Keith Ford led the Bills run game with seven carries for 33 yards.

On defense, the Bills gave up 273 yards on the ground including 116 yards to rookie running back Sony Michel. QB Tom Brady finished 13-for-24 for 126 yards and a touchdown along with two interceptions.

The Bills will wrap up the 2018-2019 season with a home game on Sunday, December 30th when they host Miami. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
