The Bills 15 penalties are the second most the team has accrued this season. They had 17 in the Week 4 loss to the New York Giants.
Buffalo is now 2-4 on the year when amassing 10 or more penalties. Their only wins came against Indianapolis in Week 1 (11 penalties) and Miami in Week 9 (13 penalties).
With Rex Ryan at the helm, the Bills 124 penalties through Week 13 are the second most in the NFL.
Tampa Bay leads the league with 125.
