Sweet Home native Jordan Johnson didn't hear his named called during the NFL Draft last weekend, but the Bills called him after and officially agreed to terms with the University at Buffalo running back and 12 other undrafted free agents.

Johnson ran for more than 1,000 yards this past season and found the end zone six times for the Bulls.

A star locally at Sweet Home high school, the Bills are getting a running back who has seen his share of success right here in Western New York.

The running back helped power the Panthers to a 33-2 mark over his high school career, which included three Class A Section VI Championships.

Signing with the program in 2014, Johnson redshirted his freshman year and was forced to red-shirt again in 2015 due to injuries.
