Winter Storm Warning for Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, and Wyoming Counties 8am Monday until Tuesday at 6am. The Warning begins at 11am today for Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties. Rain and snow showers will change to snow very early on Monday. The snow will intensify Monday afternoon and evening. Expecting 6-10" totals with locally higher amounts in Orleans, Genesee, and Wyoming Counties. We will see 4-8" near the NY/PA line. Travel will be difficult in the heaviest snow with slippery roads and low visibility.

Winter Weather Advisory for Northern PA from 6pm today through 7am Tuesday.

A large scale weather system will arrive Monday morning starting as rain/snow and changing to snow through the day as temperatures hold in the 30s. Snow will become steady Monday afternoon and overnight leading to a wintry commute for Tuesday morning with several inches of snow on the ground and temperatures dropping into the 20s for daytime highs.
