LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WKBW) — They're good at making mouths water.

"We won the Taste of Buffalo twice. Once for our deep fried peanut butter and jelly and once for our demon burger."

Stack Burger in Lackawanna has been around for five years.

Before moving to this location a year and a half ago, it was strictly a take-out establishment. Adjusting to this new normal is nothing new, but the staff has taken extra measures to keep customers safe.

"Any time someone signs a credit card slip we're cleaning the pen. We're also spraying every dollar bill with an alcohol sanitizer," said executive chef Anthony Giangrosso. "All the necessary precautions we have to do, we're taking them and more."

Because the orders keep coming. In fact, they're busier than normal during the weekday dinner hours.

"We're doing our best and I think it's working well," Giangrosso said.

Especially, when you give people something to talk about.

The juices are flowing for the Stack Burger staff and it shows in their newest creation, asking customers, "Can you Diggs it?"

"I know Stefon Diggs is kind of a wild personality and he's very colorful," Giangrosso said. "So I wanted to make a burger to kind of reflect him."

The newest Buffalo Bills wide receiver will wear the no. 14, so it's one big burger with four different specialty patties. The final product is an array of flavors that even has Diggs ready to try.

"Can he eat the whole thing? Can he diggs it? I don't know," Giangrosso laughed.

Their latest burger is a way to bring in a little excitement during these uncertain times. Stack Burger is open for business and is grateful to hear their phones keep ringing.

"I'm very happy that the community is still coming and still supporting us and we're supporting them," said Giangrosso. "I think it's just a beautiful thing."
