"Namastadium" at the Ralph

"Namastadium" is taking over the field at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday. The yoga and fitness event will benefit the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.

"They come in and classes start at 10:30 a.m.," said Lisa LaTrovato from Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo. "The cost is $30 per person. One hundred precent of that money goes to the new John R. Oishei Children's Hospital for the meditation garden."

The garden will allow families at the hospital a peaceful place to help them through their journey.

"This is the second year and we have to really thank lululemon. They came to us and said 'hey we have a really good idea,'" said LaTrovato.

The event is family friendly and jam packed with fitness fun.

"It's going to be a hybrid class with yoga and some boot camp elements, some cardio elements," said Steve Procnal a yoga instructor at Power Yoga Buffalo. "We'll have six instructors here all with different capabilities."

"Namastadium" tanks can be purchased at lululemon and printed at Pasteurized Tees.

Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Tickets can be bought here
