Police in Wyoming County, arrested a Silver Springs man on charges he sexually abused a child younger than eleven years old.
James A. Dell was arrested following the lengthy investigation of an incident that occurred in February 2016 in the Town of Gainesville.
Dell is charged with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned and was committed to jail on $5000 bail.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and Dell is scheduled to appear back in the Town of Gainesville Court at a later date. The Wyoming County Department of Social Services Child Protective Unit assisted with the investigation.
