Police have charged 34-year old Charles Bozzette from the Village of Perry with Rape in the Third Degree.
According to police, Bozzette is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 16 year old female at a residence in the Village of Perry.
He was arraigned in the Village of Perry Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Perry Police Department and the Warsaw Police Department in the investigation of this case.
