Depew Police sprung into action after spotting a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the roadway with no front left tire.
Police pulled over the suspect on Penora Street near Main, and the driver was questioned.
The officer noticed the driver had bloodshot eyes while exhibiting slurred speech upon answering questions. The patrolman also noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage on the driver's breath.
The driver was then administered several field sobriety tests, all of which the driver failed.
Police say the driver's BAC was almost three times the legal limit in New York State.
The driver was charged with driving while intoxicated.
