A construction worker is being treated at ECMC after falling into the Buffalo River Wednesday morning.
The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. near 625 Elk Street.
A co-worker reportedly jumped in to rescue the worker.
Buffalo firefighters happened to be nearby and were flagged down for help.
The condition of the worker who fell in is not clear at this time.
