Researchers say women who share their beds with dogs get a better night's rest.

According to the study in the Journal of the International Society for Anthrozoology, female dog owners reported less disturbed sleep while also  greater feelings of comfort and security.

It's important to note, these results are based on self-reported data, not an objective measure.
