For the second time in a week, police are looking for help in locating a missing woman.
Barbara McCarthy, 74, is considered a "vulnerable adult" due her struggle with Alzheimer's, which causes dementia.
Last week, McCarthy went missing from her Buffalo home but was later found, safe, in Niagara Falls, but McCarthy is now missing again.
She was last seen Monday morning at her Buffalo home. Police believe she left her home on foot.
