Niagara Falls Police need help identifying a woman who stole a purse from a shopping car at Tops.
Police say the larceny happened on March 22 at the Tops store located at 7200 Niagara Falls Boulevard.
According to officers, the suspect is a white female and was with a black male and two small children at the time.
Anyone with information is asked to call the department's Retail Crime office at 286-4734.
