A woman will spend the next four to 12 years in prison for her involvement in a deadly crash in Hamburg last fall.
Christopher Barton, 47, was sitting on his motorcycle at a red light at Route 5 and Amsdell Road in October when he was rear-ended by Jennifer Sage.
The 36-year-old never applied her brakes and hit Barton at a high rate of speed, killing him.
Sage had a BAC of .26 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit.
Sage pleaded guilty in January to first degree vehicular manslaughter.
