A Buffalo woman has pleaded guilty to wire fraud and filing false tax returns.
Jennifer Cadwallader, 39 worked as the office manager for American Paving and Excavating, LLC from 2009 to 2015 when authorities say she stole over $330,000.
The money was transferred from the corporate bank account to her personal credit card accounts.
During the same time, Cadwallader also failed to report the income from the electronic transfers to the IRS. Tax due on the income was just over $108,000.
She faces up to 20 years in prison. Sentencing is on April 13.
