A woman in Falconer allegedly received food stamp benefits by claiming no income while getting money from several different employers, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

From January 1, 2014 to July 31, 2016, Stephanie Daniels was receiving employment income from five different employers. During that time she filed three separate false applications, all failing to list any employment income, according to officials.

In total, deputies say Daniels received $3,023 in un-entitled food stamps.

Daniels was charged with welfare fraud, grand larceny, offer false instrument, and misuse of food stamps over $3000.
