Around 2:30 this morning, state troopers arrested a Pennsylvanie woman for driving while intoxicated.
Authorities stopped 59-year-old Judith Deitz on Front Street in the City of Olean for failing to use her turn signal.
Dietz was placed under arrest after failing several sobriety tests. She was taken to the State Police Department in Olean where she tested a .15% BAC.
Dietz was issued a traffic ticket to return to the City of Olean court later this month.
