Jamestown police are looking into an animal cruelty case that has landed 40-year old Christine Emming and a 16-year old boy in jail.  Both are being charged with 10 separate counts of Animal Cruelty.

Police found a dead dog and pulled nine other dogs from a home located at 1101 Prendergast Avenue.

The dogs are being taken care of at a local shelter.

A necropsy will be performed on the deceased dog to find out the exact cause of death. Additional charges are pending.
