WNY Muslims hold vigil for victims of terrorism

A prayer vigil was held at the  Buffalo Chapter of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Niagara Falls. It was open to people of all faiths.

Leaders say they wanted to bring the community together to show solidarity in a time when many people, including prominent politicians are quick to discriminate against people of the Muslim faith.

Organizers hope to educate people about Islam stressing that the Muslim faith does not condone violence even if radicals are committing acts of terror in the name of Islam.
