Want a free pizza? Try renting an apartment from this company

According to Bernice Radle, the owner of Buffalove Development, being in the Buffalo housing market involves a lot of TLC.

"If you invest and you love, and you take care of these buildings, something good will happen."

Radle has owned Buffalo Development since 2012. In 2018, the housing market is completely different.

"The market is definitely hot right now," Radle said, "So it makes it more difficult to find good deals to buy vacant properties."

It's created a competitive market, so to help that, Buffalove is offering a free pizza to anyone who signs a lease.

"(It's) one piece of our puzzle truing to be different. Kind of weird, kind of quirky."

For anyone who would like to contact Buffalove, they can be reached at their website here
