"Main Center of Clarence" to bring new wave of development

Redeveloping Main Street in Clarence takes a vision, a vision that Paul Stephen of Stephen Development has with his "Main Center of Clarence" project. 

"It's going to be a unique property in Clarence. A walkable property on Main Street" Stephen said.

Positioned right across from Clarence High School on Main Street, Stephen Development is building a brand new multi-use space with 10 townhouse, 14 apartment, and 18 thousand square feet of retail.

"It changes the face of Clarence," Stephen said, "it changes the face of Main Street."

The building is hoping for a slow opening beginning in November of 2018. Rent will range from $1,400-$1,800 per month. The new building will bring a completely different feel to the Clarence area.

"It's always been a great town, but this takes it hopefully to another level" Stephen said.
