Sinatra and Company and Essex Homes will be transforming the plot at 169 West Utica street from a former Cadet Cleaners to a 54 unit condominium building.

The $22.4 million, 34,100 square foot project is right down the road from the Elmwood Crossing project that is going to replace the old Women and Children's Hospital.

As of now, the construction is anticipated to begin in March of 2019, and finish in July of 2020.

According to Sinatra, they say there is a housing need in the Elmwood area, which is something they hope to help with.

108 on-site parking spots will be provided to residents of the condominiums, so the facility will cause a minimal impact into the parking situation on the street itself.

The project is still waiting certain approvals before construction can begin.
